Apperance: The beer is clouded brown and black, a tan head leaving little lacing but good curtains. (4) Aroma: The smell is ripe fruits and yeast, almost home brewed plum wine in the fermentation phase. Other fruits as well. Slightly alcoholic. (4) Taste: Starting with the sweet taste of sponge cake, apple jam with almonds, sherry and donuts. (4) Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft, sticky and oily feeling, a huge body. (4) Overall: Raw, a bit alcoholic, but very interesting, and probably with a big potential in 5 - 10 years. (4)
