OriginAle Darwian IPA

Apperance: The beer is clear deep brass colored, has a firm off-white head settling rather slow and leaving some lacing. Good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is initially sweet and fruity, apples, mango, then floral with hay and grass. (4)
Taste: The taste has a small sweetness, loaf of bread, nearly over-ripe apples, grape-fruit bitterness, peel and seeds. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small spritzy bubbles, a soft and rather thick texture, a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: A nice well balanced DIPA, mostly east coast or even British. (4)
