Apperance: The ale is clouded brown with orange hues, the head is firm off-white yellow, some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has some toffee, then squashed grape-fruit, but also hay and some musky cellar aroma. (3)
Taste: Starting sweet , toffee and nut cereal nuances, grape-fruit juice and peel, nuances of pine soap. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft texture, a complex and good body. (3.5)
Overall: A good complex interesting DIPA interpretation. (4)
