Apperance: This beer has a copper toned brown color with a beige foam that leaves good lacing in the glass. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is built from sweet dried fruits, a dash of toffee and some citric fruits, mostly grapefruit. A grassy freshness is noted. (3.5)
Taste: Taste is mostly a malty bread flavor with rather little sweetness, and hoppy aromas in the bitter orange area. (4)
Palate: The carbonation was rather weak, with small tingly bubbles. (3.5)
Overall: In all a good beer, complementing a smorgasbord rather well. (4)
