Weizen Dunkel

Apperance: The beer is rather dark brown, very clouded, an off-white firm head that leaves no lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is a Christmas baking spree, brown bread, gingerbread etc. (3)
Taste: The taste is sweet, brown bread, some bitter oranges, then spices; clove, cardamom, cinnamon. (3.5)
Palate: High carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft, slightly sticky bur with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A very spicy wheat beer, almost a liquid Christmas cake, but actually went well with a club sandwich. (4)
