Apperance: The beer is dark, brown, clouded, has a tan high head leaving good lacing and has some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smells of molasses, green boiled peas, nuts and honey. (3.5)
Taste: The beer starts sweet, brown bread, burnt sugar, ripe fruits and hay. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a good body and a nice long dryness. (4)
Overall: A nice, complex wheat beer. (4)
