Sorachi Ace (IPA Is Dead)

Apperance: The beer is hazy copper amber, an off-white head with good lacing. Some curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet coconut and dill and crayfish (!). (3.5)
Taste: The taste is very sweet, dextrose sugar, perfume, sweet slightly spicy. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, slightly coarse, a good body, a very dry finish. (4)
Overall: This is the most unexpected and difficult of the IPA is Dead series, torn between love and hate, so I'll settle for an average grade. (3)
