Gouden Carolus Ambrio

Apperance: The brew is dark, slightly hazy, amber, has an off-white head that is rather small and leaves little lacing, some curtains however. (4)
Aroma: The smell is rather unobtrusive, ripe pears, some acidity and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: The taste starts sweet, fermented honey, tropical fruits, peach but also canned pears, not much bitterness. (4)
Palate: High carbonation, small intense bubbles, soft and oily texture. (4)
Overall: This one has good properties, but I lack something ... age? (3.5)
