Houblon Chouffe

Apperance: The beer is dark hazy golden, a high white head that is leaving good lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, floral, somewhat dusty hay, and a tuna can association. (3)
Taste: The taste is sweet, sugar, lemon and lime, but also som tuna, finishing with grass and hay. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and slightly oily, a big body and dry finish. (4)
Overall: A solid triple with extra hops, was tested with the bottled version. Were actually quite different in taste. The on-tap was better. (4)
