Houblon Chouffe

Apperance: The beer is hazy golden, a white head that is leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, floral, has a distinct hop character. (4)
Taste: The taste is sweet, sugar, lemon and lime, finishing with hay and straw. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and slightly oily, a big body and dry finish. (4)
Overall: A solid triple with extra hops, was tested with the bottled version. Were actually quite different in taste. The on-tap was better. (4)
