Apperance: The beer is clear golden with brass nuances, a white rather small head that leaves little lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is vaguely citric, lemon, fruits, peaches and apples some grass and nettles. (3)
Taste: Not very sweet, acidity like oranges, then mostly bitter tones, peel, seeds and nettles. (3)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, refreshing, medium low body, a warm coarse bitterness. (3.5)
Overall: Could maybe need some more body, a bit coarse to be a real thirst quencher. But not bad! And a lovely bottle! (3.5)
