Apperance: The ale is clear amber, has a small even off-white head that leaves some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell i bread, grain, red ripe apples and nuts. (3.5)
Taste: Starting sweet, toffee on brown bread, the ripe oranges, orange peel, some mild herbs and grass. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, intensive small bubbles, a fresh feeling, medium body, and a good long dry finish. (4)
Overall: A nice well balanced Scottish Ale to enjoy as session beer. (4)
