Apperance: The beer is clouded dark amber with a tan head leaving little lacing but has good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is from sweet dried fruits, dates, som yeast, champagne like tones. (4)
Taste: The taste is sweet, brown sugar, brown bread, dark dried fruits, toffee, butter scotch, a nuance of sweet licorice. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a huge body, a smooth and oily feeling. Very little dryness. (4)
Overall: A real treat, for dessert or after dinner. (4.5)
