Apperance: The beer is clear dark straw/bronze colored, the off-white head settles quite fast but leaves good lacing. (3.5) Aroma: The smell is very sweet fruity, like canned peaches in syrup. Some lemon zest. (3) Taste: The taste starts sweet, again that fruit syrup, peaches, pears and apricots. Then some orange peel bitterness. (3) Palate: Medium low carbonation, very small bubbles, a rather small body, a smooth long dry finish. (3.5) Overall: Well, as a summer drink it has some merits, could replace rose wine as an aperetif on a summer evening. (3.5)
