Apperance: The ale is slightly hazy amber, has an off-white head that settles unevenly, no lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is malty and sweet, honey, apples, pears and nuts. (4)
Taste: The taste starts sweet digestive crackers, honey, then ripe apples, bitter nuances as grass and nettles. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small intense bubbles, a medium body, a fresh texture, a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very well done, smooth, comfortable, refreshing, yet a good dry bitterness. As real ale at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden. (4.5)
