Apperance: The beer is clear dark amber, an off-white head with a little lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has mostly floral notes, grass, hay, some nuts. But also a slight soap nuance. (3.5)
Taste: The taste starts sweet, brown sweet bread, some ripe oranges, a hint of rhubarb jam, a nutty bitter finish. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small intense bubbles, a good body and a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really nice Märzen, I could have bet that it actually was a pale ale or bitter. Which I often prefer. (4)
