Apperance: The beer is slightly haze, dark amber, a small off-white head that leaves some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is intriguingly earthy, stable, horse blanket, leather, moldy cheese and sour vinegar. (4)
Taste: The taste is dominated by acid nuances, sour cream, dark vinegar and old yeast. Some wood in the slightly sweet upfront nuances. (4.5)
Palate: Small carbonation, slightly spritzy, a complex body but very refreshing. (4)
Overall: Very good, very complex, not so demanding. (4)
