Aroma: Sweet tones of brown sugar, brown bread, dried fruits, raisins and figs, some sour notes - old apples, bitter oranges. A reminiscent of yeast. (4.5)
Taste: Intensely sweet, sugar, plums, dark sweet bread, some spicy notes, nutmeg, cumin, cured grape-fruit zest. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a big body, smooth - almost sticky texture, a modest dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very sweet, but with good stamina, salt and spicy food is a good complement. (4)
