Apperance: The beer is copper amber colored, clear, has a small off-white head, little lacing but some curtains. (4) Aroma: The smell is fruity, raisins and dried apples, vinous, Madeira, sour, vinegar, and a yeasty spiciness. (4) Taste: Starting with dates and figs, then sherry and port wine, some vinegar and spices, clove and ginger. Cherry seeds and yeast. (3.5) Palate: Low carbonation, very small bubbles, a complex body, some alcohol feeling, a dry sourness. (4) Overall: I lack something, maybe a bit maltiness, a bit uneven and too yeasty. (3.5)
