Apperance: A hazy ruby red brew, a pale pink head, very small and quickly disappearing. (3)
Aroma: The smell is interesting, stable, earth, cherries, yeast and wet wood. (4)
Taste: Tasting fruity, bitter cherries and sour rhubarbs. Not sweet at all. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a coarse feeling, a small body but a sour freshness. (3.5)
Overall: Not dull at all, a bit uneven, but feels authentic (3.5)
