Double IPA

Apperance: A hazy dark amber brew, an off-white head, little lacing, good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is rather modest, hay, some yeast, fir needles. (3)
Taste: Tasting of butter scotch, some grape-fruit peel and seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, somewhat oily, a good body, a slight dry body. (4)
Overall: This bottle was a bit tired. Hard to really judge the quality. (3.5)
