Apperance: The beer is clouded amber with an orange core, the head is off-white, with hints of yellow. Some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, tropical fruits, mango, apricot and some citric aromas, red grape-fruit, sweet oranges, some floral notes at the end, pine resin. (4.5)
Flavor: The taste is initially sweet, toffee, lots of fruits, peaches, mango . Then somewhat spicy, pine resin, and grass and hay. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, small soft bubbles, soft and creamy texture, a rather light dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: In comparison to the cask sampled a few weeks ago I found this a bit more hoppy and actually a better experience. (4.5)
