Apperance: The color of the beer is dark brown , pours with a off-white compact foam that leaves residues in the glass. (4)
Aroma: The smell is very sweet and full of cardamom, some dried fruits like raisins and dates. (3.5)
Taste: The taste follows the smell very much, extremely sweet, tons of cardamom and some malty tones. Very little bitterness. (3)
Palate: It behaves more like a soda, tingly and sweet. (3)
Overall: If you're looking for a traditional Swedish Christmas beer this is far too sweet for most food, however at it's own as a sweet dessert it's quite good. Especially for a cardamom junkie like me ... (2.5)
