Flavor: Staring sweet, honey, ripe pears, smoked sausage and cheese. A spicy character when watered down moderatly. (4.5)
Palate: Soft, smooth, soothing, smoky, and slick. (4.5)
Overall: This is good, very good. Can't help it, Ardbeg is good! (4.5)
