Apperance: A clear orange amber brew, a small white head, no lacing, small curtains. (4) Aroma: The smell is very intriguing, stable, dirt, horse, ripe fruits and yeast. (4.5) Taste: Tasting of fresh green apples, old vinegar, some sour cream notes, a nuance of old wood. (4) Palate: Little carbonation, a very refreshing palate, a coarse dry finish. (4) Overall: A really well balanced lambic, went very well with ripe goat cheese. At a food and beer tasting. (4.5)
