Apperance: A clear dark ruby amber beer, an off-white head leaving curtains and lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of fresh baked darked bread and new cut grass. (4)
Taste: A sweet start, some dried fruits, raisins and apples, an alcohol note, then bitter seeds. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft but yet boozy texture, rather complex and a dry finish. (4)
Overall: Interesting and rewarding, much going on. (4)
