Inferno Ale

Apperance: A slightly hazy brass golden beer, small bubbles, a large white head with hints of yellow, settles slowly and uvenly, leaves lacing and has curtains. (4)
Aroma: Earthy aromas, dirt, leather, fruits, apricots and pears, a whiff of sour cream, yeast nuances. (4.5)
Taste: Sweet dextrose and fruity notes initially, then sour milk, bitter cherry seeds. (4)
Palate: Medium small carbonation, very small bubbles, a smooth and slightly alcoholic texture, a coarse dry finish. (4)
Overall: A bit raw, but a good representative for the style anyway. (4)
