Apperance: The beverage is clear pale amber. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has peat, smoke, iodine, fruits, green apples and grape-fruit. Smoked sausages and cold meat. (4.5)
Taste: Initially sweet, butter scotch, brown bread, mild smoked sausages, sherry. (4)
Palate: Very soft and smooth, a good body and nice long warmth. (4.5)
Overall: This is great, very rounded. If you're after peat and smoke this has been rounded off by time. (4)
