Apperance: Clear brown liquid, tan foam with some lacing, but settling rather quickly. (3)
Aroma: Smell of hay, grass, touch of stable or leather. (2)
Taste: First a light sweet taste, then aromas from burnt bread, finally a bit smoke and some hops is sensed. (2.5)
Palate: On the positive side, not as sweet as many Swedish "Christmas beers" are. (3)
Overall: A dry, coarse, rather flat beer but also rather distinctly carbonated. (3)
