Apperance: The beer is clouded orange with a grey hint, an off-white head, no lacing but curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is very fruity and fresh, pears and persimmons, but also some nuts and almonds. (4)
Taste: The taste has initial sweetness, raw sugar, brown bread, fruits, red apples and pears, some lemon sourness, a touch of alcohol. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft and a rather full body. (4)
Overall: A nice, moderate all round Belgian beer. Sampled at a beer tasting at De Klomp, Linköping, Sweden, (4)
