Apperance: The beer is deep amber a bit orange, off-white head leaving no lacing, and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is very fruity, sweet ripe pears, apples and some honey. (4)
Taste: The taste is also extremely fruity, pears, apples, melon. Some sweet jam and some mild Christmas spices. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, lots of minimal bubbles, soft and a medium high body, round and balanced. (5)
Overall: A really nice trappist. (4)
