Straffe Winter

Apperance: The beer is clouded dark orange, almost brown. A small off-white head, no lacing, good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is reminding me of crayfish with dill, some brown sugar, vinegar and yeast. (4.5)
Taste: There is a malty sweetness as of brown hard bread, crayfish shells, some what fruity, ripe apples and dried pears. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, micro bubbles, a soft and complex body, a dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: This beer has lots of smell, lots of taste, very interesting and rewarding. (4.5)
