Apperance: The beer is clouded with quite some sediments, dark brown with orange nuances, an off-white solid head, some lacing and nice curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is very much berries and sour fruits, cherries, and spicy yeast. (4)
Taste: Upfront a cherry sweetness with sour fruit notes, some light vinegar, a yeasty spiciness with some cherry seed bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a fresh body and some balancing dryness. (4.5)
Overall: Well balanced, nice that the sweetness is modest. (4.5)
