Aroma: The smell is much in the hay stack area, with a bit of old closet and rubber boots - in a positive way! (4)
Taste: Tasting initially sweet brown bread with nuts, a dash of bitter oranges and finishing in a short alkaloid bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, minimal bubbles, a soft rather simple body, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A good, non-intrusive ale, good with food. (3.5)
