Apperance: A heavily clouded brown-reddish beer, a quickly receding tan head leaving a little lacing and has some curtains. (3.5) Aroma: The smell is earthy and sour, very intriguing, stable, wet earth, cellar, vinegar and cherries. (4.5) Flavor: Upfront sweet red fruits, cherries, raspberries and then some sour rhubarbs (very little tough) and bitter lingonberries. (3.5) Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, rather soft feeling and a medium body which goes over in a very dry lingering finish. (4) Overall: Rather modest taste, but consistent and very rewarding with ripe cheese. (3.5)
