Apperance: The beer has a hazy brass yellow color, a white head that is huge, recedes slowly, and leaves tons of lacing. (3.5) Aroma: The smell has a honey and nectar sweetness, grape-fruit peel, pine, raisin, old cheese, fresh hay, glue. (4.5) Taste: The taste also has loads of nuances, sweet caramel, dark rye bread, pine resin, dew sprinkled herbs and fresh grass, resin and wood. Marzipan. (4) Palate: Medium low carbonation, small soft bubbles, a smooth texture and full body, slightly oily and alcoholic. A long dry finsih. (4.5) Overall: I can't help liking this kind of beer, if searching for anything there could be a notch more sour freshness. (4)
