Apperance: The beer is clear copper amber, a slightly orange hued off-white head, rather high, settles slowly, leaves good lacing. (3.5) Aroma: The smell is sweet toffee, brown bread, sour fruit notes, green apple peel, some fresh mowed lawn. (4) Taste: Upfront malt sweetness, molasses, then some riper fruits, pears, then a rather sharp chemical bitterness. (3) Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, rather thin and watery, lack of body, a dry twinge at the end that fades away rather slowly. (3) Overall: This beer is better in it's stronger version, at this ABV it becomes a bit sharp and watery. (3)
