16th Anniversary Wood Aged

Apperance: A slightly hazy amber beer, an off-white head that settles quickly leaves some lacing and curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is an explosion of floral hops, resin, pine, grass and herbs. Some fresh pine and juniper wood as well. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is upfront sweet, brown bread, caramel and toffee, some mild wood character, then we have the hops, fresh grass, nettle buds. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a thick fluid with a big body, a long good dry feeling. (4.5)
Overall: A well done and well balanced brew, nothing to really bitch about. (4.5)
