Apperance: The beer is clear orange amber, with a firm and slow beige head that leaves good lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling, as expected, citric, grape-fruit and bitter orange, floral, pine needles. Almost perfumed soap. (4)
Taste: The taste is toffee and butterscotch, bread crust, then grape-fruit juice, tropical fruits, mango, and finally a good aromatic bitterness that lingers around. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft, rich and complex, a dry and warm finish. (4)
Overall: A really, really good ale, much hops but not unbalanced. (4.5)
