Apperance: The beer is clear brown, with a large slowly rededing tan head that leaves lots of lacing. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of cinnamon buns with Christmas soda. (4)
Taste: The taste is surprisingly not sweet at all, bread, cinnamon, bitter cocoa beans. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, medium body with small bubbles, a very dry feeling. (4)
Overall: Actually a bit unbalanced in it's lack of sweetness. (3)
