House Ale

Apperance: A brown muddy beer, a small off-white head, no lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of raisins, sherry, eggs(!) and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Upfront tasting sweet, dark syrup, brown bread, strong wine and sherry and yeast. (4.5)
Palate: A small carbonation, soft and oily, a full body. (4)
Overall: A good balance, well-done and a really nice sipping brew. (4)
