Apperance: The beer is dark brown, almost black, a tan thick head with good lacing. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of toast, bacon and roasted nuts in butter, some sweet dried fruits. (4)
Taste: Also a taste of toast, smoked sausage, barbecue and coffee beans. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, medium body, a nice dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really good Irish stout, better than the biggest ... (4)
