Rosé De Gambrinus

Apperance: The brew is red, clear, has a pink/tan small head, no lacing, but curtains. (4)
Aroma: It really smells of raspberries, but also wet tree, earth and cheese. (4)
Taste: The taste is acid, fruity, raspberries and apples, vinegar and cherry seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, lively bubbles, a complex body and a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A quite good fruit lambic, not at all sweet or soda like. (4)
