Apperance: The beverage is clear and brown, rather dark brown, a beige rather small head, little lacing. Some curtains. (3)
Aroma: The smell is earthy, wet concrete, dust, stable. Faintly sweet dried fruits. Old figs and raisins. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is sweet, plums and brown sugar, acidity, sour milk, bitter almond. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, small bubbles, smooth, dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: I am a bit baffled, no smoke at all, and a bit stale. (3.5)
