Aroma: The smell is intriguingly earthy, stable, horse blanket, moldy cheese and sour vinegar. (4)
Taste: The taste is dominated by acid nuances, sour cream, dark vinegar and old yeast. (4)
Palate: Small carbonation, slightly spritzy, a complex body but very refreshing. (3.5)
Overall: Very good, very complex, very demanding. (4)
