Faro Lambic

Apperance: The beer is slightly foggy amber, the head tan with uneven bubbles, leaving a few lacings. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is earthy and sour, as should, dusty cellar, sour milk and a hint of white vinegar. (4)
Taste: Tasting sweet, sugar, then acidity like rhubarbs and vinegar, finishing of with a seed bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Small carbonation, but lively small bubbles, sugary but with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A bit to sweet for me, but otherwise nice. (3.5)
