Apperance: The beer is slightly hazy brass colored with an off-white head, little lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has acidity and yeast; sour milk, spices and glue(?) (4)
Taste: The taste is staring with dextrose sweetness, bread and butter, fruit essence (banana, pine apple and pears). (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a good complex body, soft with small nice bubbles and a dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A very interesting beer, modest smell but a plenitude of taste and well balance. (4)
