Imperial Stout

Apperance: The beer is dark dark brown, with a hint of orange, a beige head that leaves almost no lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is vinous, Madeira, dark malt - burnt bread, dry coffee beans. Sweet brown sugar. (4)
Taste: A rich complex brew, sweet chocolate beans, licorice, brown sugar, Madeira, bitter almond notes. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, smooth oily sweetness going over in a coarse warm dryness. (4.5)
Overall: A good imperial stout, needs to be drunk in small parts to not get a sweet over dose. (4)
