Oktoberfestbier Ur-Märzen

Apperance: A clear straw colored beer with a white head that settles quickly and leave a little lacing. (3)
Aroma: The smell is a bit sweet, raw sugar, has some orange acidity and a grass-like hoppiness. (3.5)
Taste: Upfront it's rather sweet, sugar and white bread, then we have a fruity sourness, green apples, rounding of with a small bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a slightly oily feeling, a nice dry finish. (4)
Overall: Not bad, but really not extraordinary. These oktoberfestbeers are rather predictable... (3.5)
