Red Horizon

Apperance: This beer is clear, cognac-colored, a very small white head. Enormous curtains. Looks intriguing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is full of straw, dry grass, ripe pears, and with a little knowledge sake overtones. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is sweet, syrup, sherry, brandy, vinous tones, some yeast influence, could have been a Sauternes. (5)
Palate: Nearly no carbonation, oily and soft. (4.5)
Overall: Perfect replacement for a dessert wine, or really a better variant. (5)
